So, I arrived here about 10 min after closing (after driving around 2 hrs to get here from out of town) but the workers were all still working on cars that were taken in beforehand. I lowered my window and asked one of them if they weren't checking the air pressure in the tires anymore and he said "No, were actually closed already." I guess I had a terrified 😨 look, cause he then asks of i know which tires was low. Of course, I had no clue, the warning light came on just as I had gotten into town. So he checked himself and asked me to pull in and aired up my tire!!! I am forever grateful!!! 🙏 Thank you so much guys!!! BTW, this is my all time "go-to" tire shop no matter what town I'm in!
I can honestly say every time I need help with my tires this location has THE BEST customer service treatment. I have been to other locations and will not go back to any of them but the greenwood location. They are all very knowledgeable and try to get you in and out as quickly as they can. And although they do get very busy, their customer service treatment never falls short. Thank you gentlemen for getting me back on the road safely.
I will definitely be going back. Bryce was extremely helpful i had a low tire and was getting air didn't realize I had a 9yr old tire they put the tire on for free because I was short the money for it. He said " let us put our money where our mouth is. " I'm so grateful.

I frequently buy my wheels and tires from Discount tire. Yesterday was first time going back with issues with product (wheel issue). Alex was a huge help by providing a demonstration and going above and beyond to provide excellent customer service....even to the point of losing a little patience with the situation. At the end of it I drove off with a new safe wheel on my Suburban. Thanks Alex!
