I went into R and R tires and just needed a flat repair and the service agent. His name is Rudy. Convince me that I needed new tires and he's sure and I sure didn't need any new new tires. I bought tires on a Thursday and on Friday wound up with a flat at work, I called Rudy and he was very helpful to send as technician Juan to come, put air in my tire even though it wasn't holding, I still decided to go towards their shop came and Ram was very helpful the with trying to get me at my s.U v to the shop with a flat common Ram.Did try to convince me Thursday when I bought tires to put them on right then and there and I decided to wait and that was a big mistake for me.So they are the experts for me

Great guys! Ram the asst manager came and took off my tire and got me to his shop. Only took a few minutes for Isaac to repair and get me back on the road. Awesome service. Highly recommend!

I had went here before for a tire Replacement due to a blowout. They were very helpful and very cost affordable. Today, my vehicles, stud for the lug nuts broke off. I called them and they said they normally don’t do the work like that. They mainly are a tire and rim place. Andres Checked with his manager, and the manager said they could do it. They gave me the best price in town.. And said that they could do it on Monday, but then I had called back later and they said come in now. They fix the problem and took care of me better than Firestone in Corpus Christi, which wanted me to pay $255.16.. Highly recommend these people they are the best people in Corpus Christi when it comes to customer service.

Discount tire denied a repair for me so I went across the street to RNR. RNR got me fixed up fast. Few months later I’m back at RNR for a different flat repair. I came to RNR first this time instead of discount tire. RNR does it quicker with no BS.

I bought and paid for my rims and tires yes good customer service at the beginning. I went to the store in person and explained to them I noticed the cap to my rim was missing. Ram who attended us explained to me they were going to order one. Two weeks after my visit someone else told me the person who was supposed to ordered didn’t due to someone being out for the week. I called the headquarters and explained to them why didn’t anyone call me to inform me it did not get ordered. A month and a half later still waiting on my part that no one can answer why it hasn’t came in after Ram informed us it got ordered and would be in 8/23. I would not refer anyone to this store. My rims look terrible right now, and that’s because I have to go every oil change to get my tires balanced and rotated. I only see 5 star good customer service why don’t they let you read and see the bad in ratings. When we bought the tires and rims they tell you to rate them good because you just opened an account.
