3rd visit at Big O's tires and they did not disappoint! Roland and Pablo were extremely professional and informed me of everything I my car needed and gave me a detailed explanation what I needed to do. They kept me in my budget while giving me the best service which is very rare nowadays. If you want a peace of mind , it’s Big O’s. I'll be a loyal customer from here on.

The staff at Big O Tires are very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. They advised what my car will need the future. I got my oil changed, tire rotated and coolant levels flushed and filled. I will definitely be back and will recommend them to my family and friends.

Was a repeat Customer to the Brand. But no more sent the wife into have here tires checked out. The technician drove the truck in the shop and ran over something and popped the tire. Then lied to my wife about hiw it just popped. And hiw lucky you were to be there when it happened. Then she took a picture of the tire and his story changed quickly. But she was still lucky she was there he said. They would not honor the special on the door buy two get two free. After she proven to him that they had ruined the tire. So they replaced the four tires and gave her one for "FREE" but the bill sure reflected the same price for four. Just added fees in other area's of the ticket. But still more. They also sold her on the buy tires and get a rebate. But after sending in the paperwork for the rebate she was denied. Called and was told that the rebate had to be used with a Big O tire card. BUYER'S BEWARE THIS STORE WILL LIE TO GET YOUR MONEY AND NOT DO THE RIGHT THING TO MAKE IT RIGHT.

They are so good here. Got a new tire mounted and they ended up finding a broken part (which I knew needed to be replaced but I didn't know it was so severe) gave me an amazing price on the part then stayed almost an hour late to get it put on and aligned for me. Definitely would recommend these guys.

I purchased a $94.00 annual alignment package. The technician couldn't adjust the caster due to my 1.5-inch lift. Despite visiting three times, staff kept saying they couldn't adjust the alignment because of the lift. Today, I took my vehicle to the dealership for alignment and showed the service manager and the master tech at Autonation the work done by Big O tires on my previous visits. The master tech from Toyota told me that Big O's alignment tech is very lazy, only adjusting the toe and claiming the job is complete. They haven't touched the camber bolt at all. The Toyota master tech also mentioned that these places charge for yearly alignment plans but do a poor job. Today at Toyota, the alignment tech corrected the caster, camber, and toe to proper specifications. I won't go to Big O tires again and wouldn't recommend their alignment package. You might think you're saving money, but these guys are doing shitty work in y'all vehicles. Here is one of the copy of the alignment they have done to my 4runner.
