I've been coming to Discover Chiropractic for a few months now. The team is very professional and understanding of my needs. X-ray was administered to have a baseline of for my adjustment plan. I definitely feel better than I had when initially started my visits. I highly recommend this to those in need of adjustments.

This two-star review is based entirely on my interaction with the front desk—not the doctors themselves, as my husband was never seen. I booked an appointment for my husband for Monday and we were prepared to drive over an hour because Dr. Doss came personally recommended, and given how few Black chiropractors there are in the area, this felt especially meaningful to us. When Victoria called to confirm the appointment, I asked to confirm that my husband would be meeting with Dr. Doss. She informed me that he would instead be seen by Dr. Sidney. I explained that my husband is eight months post-surgery and that we had gone through a very intentional and tedious process to find a chiropractor who could meet his needs. While I’m sure Dr. Sidney is great, we scheduled specifically because of the recommendation for Dr. Doss. Victoria’s response was short, dismissive, and ultimately to suggest that I cancel the appointment altogether. If the practice operates with shared care due to provider availability, that should be clearly and respectfully explained so patients can make informed decisions. Instead, we were encouraged to cancel without any effort to accommodate or thoughtfully walk us through our options. You’re only as strong as your weakest link, and unfortunately, this interaction led us to continue our search elsewhere. After experiencing pain and being hopeful for a solution this call truly exhausted me because the search continues. This review reflects the professionalism of the reception staff Victoria only—not the doctors, people are calling, because they need help - a little kindness Goes a long way.

Dr. Doss is a supremely gifted chiropractor!!! We've been patients of Discover Chiropractic originating with Dr. TJ Osborne until his untimely death a year ago. Dr. Doss is seamlessly caring on his legacy. Many thanks to the entire staff.

Discover Chiropractic has made a huge difference in my life and the life of my family. I've been coming off and on for over 13 years. Dr. Doss has been amazing and the staff is so wonderful and kind. They've also helped my mother who needed care to recover from an injury. The gentle weekly adjustments keep me feeling great, and the entire Discover Team is wonderful to work with. I highly recommend everyone check them out!
