Since this program stresses reaching peak muscle fatigue with each exercise, this afternoon s a max effectiveness workout but not an easy one so that type of communication from a trainer is essential. Love that they ensure you have the correct form while using the machines and exercises and notice things about your form that you might not even be aware of.
