I am under the impression that you Kristi didn’t accept my case even though I had a car accident on Dec 12th that was not my fault. Driver and I exchanged the information. I told her that I couldn’t miss a doctor appointment because I had been waiting after 6 months. Told her she would hear from me through my insurance and lawyer. I arrived little late and I apologized for the delay. I also informed her of the accident that morning. She wrote a report and told me to see neurosurgeon as soon as possible since I had neck and shoulder surgery 2 years ago if not it would lead to paralysis after accident. I made an appointment with my neurosurgeon he’s on holiday vacation until January the first week. I’m cautious about the possibility of a balance and fall. I begin to notice that I have dizziness. I will go to the hospital near Orlando if getting worse. I don’t live in Chicago but I’m a Florida resident!! Accident happened in Trinity, Florida at 6:23 AM because of SafePilot and photos that showed up the location of the accident and the time!! I told several professionals that you DENIED to take my case. Florida lawyers at Disparti are one of my favorites and you WANTED me to find another lawyer. Not one of other lawyers besides Disparti! I thought I would help you make money against the driver and she was on the phone while driving!! Nice of you denied taking my case even though she has a different insurance company. I thought I would depend on you and your handling the car accident and my injury. Now I am disgusted, disappointed and beyond my shock at the time of the accident. I feel very discouraged and rejected by you!! I am not going to find another lawyer that sure wastes my time. Disparti is located in New Port Richey area. I spoke to sheriff about the accident and he said since traffic that morning would delay at least an hour, he was pleased that we weren’t arguing about the accident. Oddly, the driver and I live in the same city driving towards Tampa!! I like the sheriff for his time to talk to me, he looked at my car and said it looked pretty bad especially the door that can’t open. I have panic attacks since the accident, I worry about driving! I saw my daughter who is a head registered nurse and explained my symptoms and anxiety to her. She couldn’t understand why you rejected me. I am not going into the details. In the future, I am not sure that I trust you again because of rejection. I used to recommend anyone to come to your firm not now I would tell them I would check with my friends. I wish you well. My name is Jennifer Peeples. My case was settled by state farm in August of this year and paid. It is 4 months later and still have not received my money. This is very unprofessional. My lawyer is Carlton F. And have not returned my calls. I do not recommend this law firm

The whole team was fantastic that handled my disability case. Isabella and Bella were my case team and kept me posted the whole way through, Sean Kelly the attorney that handled my hearing was terrific. After approved their insurance manager Dana has walked.me through medicare and what supplement programs would be best for me based on the importance for keeping my doctors and medicine costs.
