First I would like to thank Zibi, you are awesome and great at what you do. I knew during our first introduction that I was linked to a winner. From that day, I felt I was in the ultimate hands of a law firm that stood strictly on business! I was communicated to and guided throughout the process. Zibi was always available for my questions, the process and my options. This was the greatest experience I ever had in my life of someone working in my interest besides my mother and wife. Zibi worked 10 toes down and continued forward and pressed hard for me. I will always be grateful to Horowitz, Horowitz and associates for their professionalism, push forward attitude and how they truly care for their clients well being and interest. I wasn’t sure I would leave a review, so I waited a few months after my case settled to decide. Mark Weissburg was my attorney. We never spoke on the phone, I emailed him every 6 mo for an update because he didn’t offer any on his own. He initially asked me to settle for a third of what I ended up getting telling me “it was a good deal”. The only reason I received more was because I told him no and had to write out the reasons I should get more for my workplace injury. Four years into this when I asked him to clarify what something meant from opposing council, he gave me a single sentence response which didn’t even answer my question. I came back telling him he is getting 20% of what I get so the least he could do was give me 5 minutes of his time to answer and only then did he send me pages of info. He may be an author and teacher on the subject but man, he was awful at communicating and advocating. Plus side- Wade and Connie were great. After reading other reviews here, Dan seems to be a great lawyer.
