Subject: Please read before paying to avoid a similar experience. I am sharing my personal experience and perspective only. This review reflects how I personally experienced the process, and others may have had different experiences. While the design work itself has a nice aesthetic, the process caused me significant stress. Despite positive reviews I had seen, my experience was unfortunately very different. My Experience: Company Structure: The developer stated they have a team of over 70 employees and thousands of projects. From my perspective, there was no support staff available (NOT EVEN ONE!!! ) to answer the phone while he is overseas. It felt like a one-person operation. Had I known this, I would not have moved forward with their service. Deadlines and Availability: We agreed on a January completion date. The developer went abroad and was unavailable until the 24th of the month. In my experience, leaving a client without phone contact during a critical deadline is unprofessional. Whats app is free and he refused to connect via it. He was available via email only. Had I known in advance that there would be no phone access and no one in Melbourne to assist, I would not have booked or paid for the service upfront. Project Brief: I provided instructions for a dark blue design to match my existing branding on Facebook and Instagram. Initially, I received a black and purple version themed around Spiritual Reading, which is unrelated to my Numerology software. Later, I received a green version. After numerous emails and a long struggle, a blue designs were finally provided, though not the exact color requested. I approved it because I was exhausted and wanted to complete the project, but delays continued. Phone Calls: During our call on 7/1/2026, I experienced shouting and language I found disrespectful. When I mentioned that I felt this was unprofessional and concerning Roman became even more agitated, shouted very loudly, and said that I could not tell him how to run his business. Being treated this way as a client was very distressing. Corrections and Dispute Context: THIS IS A FRAUD!!! A few tiny requested changes were made AFTER I initiated a formal dispute with my bank. THIS IS A FRAUD!!! From my perspective, this timing created the impression that a few changes were only made during the dispute process in order not to give money back. How is it possible? Refund: The developer did not issue a refund. In my experience, this confirmed that ending the engagement was the right decision. Personal Note: I am a Jewish Israeli woman, born in Australia. I hope my background did not influence the way I was treated. I share this as part of my personal experience only. Conclusion: A visually appealing design does not compensate for missed deadlines, lack of communication, or the way I was treated. I felt deeply let down and emotionally shaken. I strongly advise others to keep detailed documentation of all interactions. Take photos all the time.
