Trying to find the words to capture who Matt (DJ Solstice) is and the amazing service he provides isn’t easy. Matt is an absolute gem and a true rock star DJ to work with! From start to finish, from the planning process to the very end of the night, he is communicative, pleasant to work with, and genuinely passionate about what he does! Matt showed up on time, fully prepared, and brought the energy, delivering an experience that felt effortless, fun, and memorable for our annual holiday celebration! Adding that Matt has the incredible ability to read the room, that kept the dance floor moving all night. Seamlessly cut for speeches, coordinated perfectly with our belly dance group to ensure their music played for their set and worked his lighting to match the music. We added his up-lighting service, which truly elevated the entire event. Matt is truly AMAZING! We’ve hired him multiple times and will continue to do so for as long as we need a DJ. If you’re looking for a DJ, stop looking, you’ve found him!

I hired DJ Solstice for my wedding last weekend. Matt was awesome! His communication leading up to the event was great; attending to any of the required queations necessary pre-wedding. He had a standard relevant questionnaire necessary to ensure songs for ceremony and reception were as desired. Worked with me for general music taste for reception and he delivered with great vibes! All guests had a blast on the dance floor and I've heard all week how much fun everyone had on the dance floor. Hightly recommend! Will be using his services again should we ever throw another big party!

Wowowow! Matt is truly a gem. From the booking process in the beginning, until the last song at our wedding he absolutely knocked it out of the park. Matt is so reliable and creates an incredible atmosphere throughout the whole wedding. He even played some fun songs while we were running around taking photos that got us hyped up. Matt shows up and brings his best no matter what, and it really shows. Sooooo many of our guests were telling us this was the best wedding they had ever been to and a big part of that was Matt and his team. I highly recommend him for any of your DJ needs. We cannot sing his praises enough, he is truly remarkable. Our dance floor was full all night.

I don't know if I'll be able to communicate just how amazing DJ Solstice was but I'm going to try. If you're even considering hiring him for your event stop considering it and absolutely do it. We hired him for our wedding and he was professional, attentive, timely, organized, and communicative. Our entrance songs were not just songs- it was "can you start the song at this point, make sure the party walks out at this moment, and then transition into xyz" and he KILLED it. I don't know any vendor who would be like "sure let me literally customize every song you want for each part of your wedding just so you get exactly the experience and feeling you're requesting". DJ Solstice undoubtedly met all our expectations, and provided the exact experience and vibe we wanted- I couldn't believe it. The music for our pre-ceremony drinks, processional music, MY music to walk down the aisle to, our cocktail our music, then our intro songs, and then the reception ALL were perfect- he hit all the points and executed the whole event flawlessly. Thank you so much DJ Solstice- my friends and family are still raving about our songs and the vibe you set up. I think one of the most important things about a wedding is the mood you set and I couldn't be happier with what you did and the care you put into. Dominick and I can't thank you enough, AMAZING work.

As someone in the wedding industry, I can happily say DJ Solstice (Matt) and his team are amazing to work with! Not only are they professional, they also know how to start the party! I've worked with Matt twice and Josh once and it's been a great experience every time. They also have a sick DJ set-up, and include add ons like CO2 cannons, flower backdrops and photo booths. 10/10 would recommend to all my future couples!
