Bought karaoke gear from DJ Use Only Australia. Edmund was a delight to deal with and offered very competitive pricing. There was a miscommunication with the delivery status through no fault of DJ Use Only, and Edmund stepped in straight away, contacted the courier company, clarified the delivery status with me and I received prompt delivery the next day - two days after purchase. After sales service is also commendable and Edmund was always there to answer any questions I had about operating the gear. Thank you again Edmund and DJ Use Only Australia.

After ordering a deck protector online with a reputable dj store who promoted they had stock, to then get a call from them to say they wouldn’t get stock until April, I almost fell of my chair, we are in the beginning of January. I cancelled my order and called DJ Use Only and spoke to Cora who said they didn’t have stock but she would call the supplier and confirm for me and call back in the afternoon. Few hours later I got confirmation that by the end of Jan I would have it. Edmund sure enough messaged right on time, showing a picture of the parcel that had carefully been wrapped and posted. I received my order in tip top shape. Thank you to both Cora and Edmund for an excellent service and experience. 10 out of 10.

First time trying this store (they're Hong Kong stalwarts, new to Oz), they were absolutely fantastic with brilliant customer service. Edmund was great to deal with, gave me an unbeatable deal on a great controller.. unit was packed discretely, securely and shipped over quickly with updates every step of the way. Absolutely loved the customer service from the staff at DJ Only Australia at Chermside. Staff were fantastic, especially Edmund as he was there to assist me finding the right specialised headphones.
