Party Powers has gone above and beyond for our event. Our venue has been incredibly difficult to work with, however, Party Powers has been extremely solution oriented. Every speed bump has been met with one creative solution after the other. (One solution was to crane up tent support over the side of a 12 story building in DTLA, and Party Powers didn't flinch). Another issue while setting up the tent, Party Powers had to do a last minute change the the tent that added extra cost to their team (because of the venue rules). This issue was resolved within the company at no additional cost to us. Event Day: On the day of the event, our tent was surveyed by the fire department. There was one small issue with a tether. I called David at Party Powers and he immediately sent someone out to make sure our tent met code. It was a last minute issue (only 2 hours before the party started) and Party Powers still was able to go the extra mile. The actual tent was beautiful, elegant, and kept our party warm. I cannot recommend Party Powers and their team enough. Both the product and the team there earned this 5-star review.

A huge shout out to Party Powers for all their time and patience working with me. :-) David and his team went above and beyond to help me bring my vision to life. They were accommodating and made a tremendous amount of effort trying to understand what I wanted. They even spent extra time shopping on my behalf trying to find materials and fabrics. Party Powers was absolutely amazing!! Having them as a one stop shop type of vendor took off so much stress and it allowed me to enjoy my event to the fullest. The 1, very small thing, that I would like an improvement on is giving sufficient notice of pickup/drop time frames. I personally had to reach out to see when I could expect everything to be delivered and didn’t hear back until late afternoon the day prior. BUT. Every point of contact from the booking, the contract, the swapping of some things in the package…it was wonderful!! Party Powers is amazing and I’m trying to find an excuse to have a party just so I can use them again!

We’re expecting our first baby and wanted to have the best baby shower we could possibly do. Finding Party Powers was amazing because they offer so much more than just chairs and tables. My package was exactly what I wanted. The tent, drapes, chairs, tables, main table with dessert stands and a beautiful balloon garland and green vines to just tie the whole theme together. The communication with them was great from the moment I reached out for an inquiry to finalizing my rental reservation. The delivery and set up was great and the pick up went smoothly. Amazing workers that Party Powers has. We were super happy with our rentals.
