Van declined as per poor workmanship. Transport service was terrible as when I rejected taking it back he told me he didn’t have time to reload it and take it back garage. And it wasn’t his problem and drove off! Photos have been emailed. Van still sitting where driver abandoned it.

An amazing service we are so impressed our Renault Captur was only 2 months old when it was damaged in a car park to be fair to the other driver admitted it was his fault our insurer took over and the next day DLG Auto Services stepped in the help we had was superb from Lexie to Stef who arranged the collection of our car and sorted a great courtesy car for us to updating us every step of the way and also Stevie who brought it back only two days later and explained what had been done they had even washed and valeted our car can't speak too highly about them thank you all so much and we will highly recommend you

I honestly cannot recommend the services of DLG highly enough, from the first phone call they were clear and concise about the procedure regarding getting my car repaired. On the day my car was to go in to be repaired, they gave me a timescale and were well within it for delivering a courtesy car and uplifting mine. Archie, their driver was extremely pleasant to deal with and explained the process thoroughly again. Got the call to say my car was ready, a week earlier than advised and if im honest i was wary about how it was going to look - definately did not need to worry! It looks like a full new front end x I am so happy about the entire process so highly recommend. Well done to everyone involved at DLG Auto, your customer care was exceptional x

Top service provided by DLG. The car was picked up & dropped off which saved any hassle. I had backshift the day it was getting returned and they managed to fit me into the early morning slot for a drop off which was excellent of them. The cars looking like new again. Very happy!! Communication was great, they also had an online portal which you could track the repair.

They were extremely efficient and kept me up to date with the repairs I received my car back repaired after 8days I was extremely satisfied with the quality of the work done.
