We contacted DMI Auto Alarm to install a remote starter for our vehicle, and the experience has been nothing short of excellent. From the very first interaction, they were professional, informative, and straightforward. No upselling or unnecessary extras, just honest and reliable service. The remote starter has been working like a charm for several months now without a single issue. It's made a noticeable difference, especially in the colder months. Pricing was fair and right on par with other offerings in the area, but what really set DMI apart was the quality of their service and attention to detail. Installation was quick and efficient, and they even offered transportation for vehicle drop-off and pick-up, which made the whole process super convenient. It’s clear that customer satisfaction is a top priority for them. We’ll absolutely be back soon for a dashcam setup, and we’re more than happy to recommend DMI Auto Alarm to anyone looking for trustworthy, hassle-free automotive tech services. Solid work, no BS. Just the kind of experience every customer hopes for.
