Out of all the computer stores I’ve been to in the Colorado Springs area, DML has easily been the best. The level of knowledge their techs have when it comes to gaming PCs is outstanding. Whether it’s swapping an AIO, replacing a CPU, or running diagnostics, they quickly identify the issue and get it fixed right. Their service and communication are excellent from start to finish. If you want reliable, knowledgeable work done on your gaming PC or need something installed this is the place to go.
Really really friendly guy up at the front counter. Fixed my bios issue right there in like 30 minutes. Handled an accidental damage like a professional 👏 Kudos to you sir. Would 100% recommend you take your device here
I dropped off my laptop for diagnostics, but I found the price to be unacceptably high. To make matters worse, David broke one of the rubber pieces and failed to inform me. I only discovered the missing piece when I got into my car and looked underneath my laptop. When I confronted him about it, he casually admitted that it had broken. This raises serious doubts about whether he reattached all the pieces properly after the diagnosis. Given this experience, I will not recommend DML Computer Repair, as David did not take responsibility for the damage he caused. D.D
I wish I could curse for emphasis in public reviews, but believe me when I say that David is a hero. That dude stayed three hours after closing (ON A FRIDAY) to fix my bricked computer so I could watch movies with a long distance friend from home for his birthday this weekend. This shouldn't be the expectation, and I tipped him 1/3rd of the price of repair for it because oh my god. I didn't even ask him to do that, he just offered. It was like twelve hours for him to get to my computer in the queue and restore it to functional with a busted hard drive and a bad install and ruined drivers and all kinds of stuff. Also look at what five years of dust looks like in a fan. DML, please pay David more, give him an award, give him more vacation days - whatever. This guy made my whole weekend. I didn't even lose any data, and I've been working on a creative project (THAT I NEVER BACKED UP) for weeks. This could've been the apocalypse and he just fixed everything. I am SO happy and will be returning for business whenever I need something done (ideally under less dire circumstances). Thank you David!!
