I knew from the moment I met Dee that I wanted another opportunity to be in her presence and learn from her experiences. I met her during an HR seminar in Fort Worth, TX and reconnected with her a couple of weeks later. I gained more from her during my initial consultation than I have from years of seminars and training courses. Not to slight those opportunities because they were great ones, but the one on one conversation and focus was beneficial to my learning style and goals. I am looking forward to our time working together as we have established a plan that will take place over a course of several sessions to help me pivot and transition my career from "worker" to "entrepreneur".
