We have been dealing with Theresa Purcell for many, many years and have never been disappointed. We now live on the North shore in Madisonville and still make the drive to Elysian Fields Ave. Theresa has always been our go to person.She is personable, knowledgeable, very helpful and knows her customers likes and dislikes. Wide selection of high-quality merchandise. Excellent customer service. Professional, friendly, on-time delivery. Not cheap, but you get what you pay for. After doing business with several local furniture stores, I have to say I wouldn’t go anywhere else in the New Orleans area for a major furniture purchase.

Doerr sales very nice, high quality products. However, What makes this store special is Danielle! Walked in y sold me a great table. We love it! So I called and told her I needed a new couch ASAP. She sold me a couch, then called 2 days later with an earlier delivery date. We love it! If you need something great, go to Doerr and ask for Danielle, she’s the best!
