Sadly me and my family had a terrible experience with dog dialogue and oldies but goodies. We surrendered our 5yo girl as we could no longer give her the attention she deserves. Were promised no judgement over the phone yet when it came to social media the judgement we received was not ok. These guys completely dismiss the story we told them and created their own. When we stood up we got blocked. Now we have seen our girl has been renamed after she has had the same name for 5years how is that not cruel. I tried to resolve the situation of course we were angry but we had every reason to be angry. Yet we try and calmly resolve the situation and get ignored. Now this is not the first time they have done something like this. I did a post on a page and had a person respond explaining how these guys did the same thing to a lady who was blind ( photos for example) All I’m gonna say is Do better as the way we were treated and the situation was handled was completely unprofessional

I cannot recommend Nat enough. I had previously worked with other trainers because my dog was showing signs of aggression. They recommended crate training, but across two sessions they never once helped him actually get into the crate, and they barely interacted with him at all as they were clearly fearful of him. I reached out to Nat when my dog’s behaviour started showing more frequently. From the very beginning, she took the time to explain what was really happening, helping me understand my dog, his behaviour, and the nature of his breed. That insight alone made a huge difference. As soon as Nat came in, my dog was comfortable around her. She didn’t make him feel like someone to be feared or avoided. Within just one hour, she was able to get my dog (who had never stepped foot in a crate during training with previous trainers) into the crate, and he remained in there calmly by the end of the session. What sets Nat apart is that she doesn’t discredit your dog or label them as “bad.” She teaches you how to understand your dog, because most of the time they’re simply misunderstood. And honestly, the dogs absolutely love her. If you’re dealing with behavioural issues and want a trainer who is knowledgeable, confident, compassionate, and effective, Nat is the one.

Nat came over last night to help us train our new puppy — a Labradoodle x Cavoodle mix. Our pup is only 9 weeks old, and we wanted to get him started with proper training as soon as possible. Nat spent over two hours with us, explaining the reasoning behind everything she taught. In that short time, our pup learned so much — and even began to reverse some early trauma! I’m so grateful for her service and couldn’t recommend her enough. We can’t wait to have her back! Thank you, Nat — from Sunny, Liam, and me 🐾✨

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I can’t say enough good things about Nat! She helped me with my reactive dog with simple, consistent, and kind guidance that truly made a difference. Her calm, clear, positive training approach made so much sense, & gave me the tools and confidence to keep working with my dog. Nat is authentic, & her passion and commitment to helping all dogs shows. She genuinely cares, and it showed the moment she met my dogs. I can't recommend Nat enough, we're so happy to have 'found her'. Thank you Nat.

Nat came to help us with our rescue staffy, Indi - specifically her leash manners and her reactivity with other dogs. She was knowledgeable, calm, and so informative in our session. She not only got along with our dog Indi, but also really connected with her. She has a natural talent and loves what she does, and it shows. In one session, she did more for us than 10 months of training with other Perth trainers. We were starting to lose hope, feeling we were asking for a miracle when we really weren't, but Nat came in and saved the day. She was just absolutely brilliant. Nat is personable, patient, very thorough, and an excellent communicator. She explained everything so clearly, and we left our session feeling so much more aware of our dog's behaviour and gave us a plan we can implement moving forward. We still have ways to go, but we already feel SO much more confident in our abilities and cannot wait for our next session. I highly recommend Nat and wish we had found her sooner!! 🥰
