I brought my 55lb dog in for dental cleaning. I was super nervous but as soon as I got there I felt at ease. They were all very professional and gentle. They treated her like their own. It was overall such a great experience and i'm so glad I took her in. They provided me with before and after photos and a report card to show my vet. I'm truly so thankful I found this company!

My wife and I had been searching for a trustworthy, reliable dog groomer for a long time, and we are so glad we found Dog Groomers Calgary. After reading their great reviews, I decided to book an appointment for our dog Rue and my mother’s dog Kooper—and they exceeded every expectation. From start to finish, the entire experience was top tier. Communication was fast, clear, and professional. They were quick to respond, easily booked both dogs at the same time, and their text update system made drop-off and pick-up smooth and stress-free. Ashley was our groomer, and she was absolutely fantastic—warm, friendly, and clearly very skilled. When I picked up the dogs, I was beyond impressed with the results. Kooper is an older dog, and I asked that they do their best while keeping her comfortable and unstressed. She looks like a young pup again, and her smile hasn’t left her face since. Rue, while a sweetheart, is known for being difficult with front paw nail trims, and Ashley handled it effortlessly. One thing that really sets this place apart is that they only take one family at a time. That means Rue and Kooper had 100% of Ashley’s attention, which made a huge difference and gave us complete peace of mind. We will most definitely be using Dog Groomers Calgary for our dogs moving forward. I can’t say enough wonderful things about today’s experience. We took our miniature schnauzer, Moma, to Dog Groomer Calgary in Diamond Cove for her first-ever teeth cleaning. We were drawn to this place because they offer non-sedative cleaning, which we really appreciate. Booking was easy, and we received reminders ahead of time. The location is easy to find with clear signs, and the space is clean and professional. When we met Nadia, we immediately felt at ease. She’s kind, clearly passionate about dogs, and made us feel like Moma was in great hands. She did a quick assessment of Moma’s teeth before starting and let us know they’d call in about an hour. We also asked for a nail trim, which they happily accommodated. When we picked Moma up, we were amazed by the results—her teeth looked incredible! We’re so thankful to Nadia and her team for their care and professionalism. We’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend this place to other dog owners!

First Grooming Experience – German Shepherd/Malamute Mix – 5 Stars! I recently took my German Shepherd/Malamute mix for his very first professional grooming, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. He’s a big boy with a thick double coat and had never been groomed before, so I was a little nervous about how it would go—but the groomers were absolutely amazing. They were patient, gentle, and clearly experienced with large breeds and heavy shedders. They took the time to make him feel comfortable, and the results were incredible—his coat looks clean, soft, and so much healthier. The amount of undercoat they managed to remove was insane (in the best way)! The staff kept me updated throughout the process, and they genuinely cared about his comfort and well-being. I was also impressed with how clean and organized their facility was. If you have a large breed or a double-coated dog that’s never been groomed before, I highly recommend this place. We’ll definitely be back on a regular schedule now!

Part two review We return to take our other pup to get groomed and his teeth scaled and what another amazing experience. I cannot begin to express my gratitude to this team who truly take care of your animals as if they were their own. They took the time to ensure to walk us though the experience and what steps they take. Then after they complete his groom and examine his teeth they called to provide us with an update prior to starting the scaling his his teeth.
