Dogs on the Mark

Scott was awesome! We recently had him come to the house to help with our dog's barking and anxiety. She is 6 years old, so I was a bit worried this would be a real endeavor. But, Scott helped us a ton in just one session! He taught us how to handle situations and use the tools to assist. In just a few days, we felt like we had a different dog in our home. The gains just keep on coming at this point! We even shouted Scott out on our podcast because we were so impressed! Our dog is happier and so are we!

Scott was so helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable in training our dogs. He had plenty of useful advice which has already been making a difference in how we interact with our dogs and how they interact worth their surroundings. Worth every penny! Especially after someone else said a dog having house training issues after 10 years needs a diaper. Thanks so much!

Scott Burgess is absolutely The Best! Don’t waste your time and money on any other trainer or training. He is a true expert in the field with over 40 yrs of experience and we are so grateful that we found him! He’s a true professional who cares deeply about your pet. He drove 2hr each session to provide us with the most effective in-home no treats training techniques. Our 10wk old lab/husky mix puppy “Apollo”responded immediately to his training! He is 14wks old now and he’s so well behaved that he gets complements wherever we go! Thanks to Scott’s training , we feel in full control of our puppy instead of the puppy ruling our household. Scott’s knowledge has been instrumental in our puppy training and he provided all of our family members with tools needed to enforce and continue his techniques easily by ourselves! Scott was a fantastic trainer for our situation and our dog. He was on-time, transparent and extremely informative. His approach and instructions were well-received and we noticed a change in our dogs behavior immediately. We could not be happier with Scott and his training methods! I would happily recommend to anyone looking for a trainer who knows what he is doing and is willing to give it to you straight!

Scott has been my go to trainer for the past 6 years and I can tell you that Scott Burgess is, without a doubt the BEST dog/human trainer out there. But there is a catch..you have to be willing to work, to listen to his instruction, to work with your dog/s when he is not there, and accept the fact that most of the training is for us humans. But I can guarantee that if you follow his instruction and accept his method of training, which is the pack way, you will have an amazing life with your fur kid. Since working with Scott, he has helped train and re-train (mainly me and my husband and our pack), which has consisted of 4 rescue (female) dogs, two of which have tried to kill each other (he taught us how to reestablish control) and most recently 2 black lab puppies we brought in when we lost 2 senior dogs this past summer. As you will see in the pics below, we can bring the puppies food into their pen, make them sit and wait (without touching their food for as long as we want), release them to eat AND we can have them leave eating their food at any point. Thanks to Scott. The only regret you will have is not having Scott work with your dog.
