Anne-Marie is an absolute gem! After not seeing progress with a previous dietitian, I transferred to Anne-Marie, who assured me that my journey back to health was possible and she would do everything in her power to get me there. Session after session has proven that this is true! Her carefully individualized plans and thoughtful personality are part of what makes Anne-Marie amazing to work with. She has truly helped me grow in ways I never could have imagined and I couldn’t recommend her enough!

I can’t say enough good things about Anne-Marie! Working with her has truly been life-changing. I followed Anne-Marie Alford to Doherty Nutrition from another company, and I'm glad Doherty was smart enough to hire her! Anne-Marie is a rare combination impressive subject matter expertise and kindness that make her truly exemplary at her job. Anne Marie is knowledgeable, but doesn't preach. She is serious about wellness, but is not at all intimidating. With humor, grace, and amazing note taking skills, she helps her clients move towards nutritional and health outcomes that are important to the client. With Anne-Marie's guidance and encouragement, I've let go of so many disordered eating behaviors, values, and diet culture nonsense. My life is better as a result. I can cook with my wife, enjoy fun foods thoughtfully, and engage in movement activities in a way I thought was impossible a couple years ago. Anne-Marie uses technology efficiently and has a wicked excellent sense of humor. She is a joy to work with, and I cannot recommend her highly enough. 11/10, no notes!!!
