Last week I had the most gorgeous morning at Dollypond Makeup Studio with Lyndsay. My family had gifted me a make up bag edit , so I took my own make up and Lyndsay taught me how to get the most from my products, showed me new techniques, what brushes to use and how to apply. She also introduced me to some new products which were best suited to my skin type and tone and lots of tips on how to ensure my make up lasts all day /evening. It was so relaxing and really good fun too, Lyndsay is so warm and welcoming and of course so informative ! Her studio is gorgeous, feels very luxurious but also really comfortable. There is parking right beside the studio which is very handy as well. I also received a follow up email with a review of what we used , a reminder of the techniques and make up tutorials which means I can continue learning and practising what we did together. If you are looking for the perfect gift for your loved one, or yourself 😉 make the appointment, honestly it is such a gorgeous gift 🎁

Had a make up lesson with Lyndsay a while ago. Apologies for only getting to do a review now. I had the most amazing experience. Was so nervous beforehand, but Lyndsay put me totally at ease. One of those people you’ve felt you’ve known a life time. She gave me great tips, and took so much time and patience during the lesson. I take so much more time now with my make up, and feel so much more confident.Did it as a treat in my 60th year and worth every penny. Highly recommend

I had a one-to-one makeup lesson & bag edit with Lyndsay & honestly it was absolutely fantastic! She gave me some really good tips & techniques that I could actually do. All the makeup and skin application was bespoke to my skin and face but better than that, she gave me great advice on the makeup I already have. She did not try and give me the big sell for really expensive brands and the information she sent me afterwards outlining all the info and shopping list was so detailed and a really good keepsake. Would highly recommend!

Had an amazing one 2 one makeup tutorial using all the lovely products in my makeup bag that I’d purchased and simply didn’t know how apply properly. Lyndsay was amazing and showed me how easy it can be to make the most out of what I had in my makeup bag and get that effortless flawless look - 100 percent recommend! I’ll definitely be returning in the future for some more tips!

I booked the 1:2:1 makeup experience with Lyndsay for my daughter’s 16th Birthday. From the initial telephone conversation Lyndsay was such a lovely, warm and down to earth person and the fit seemed perfect. On the day, both our expectations were over and above. The studio is modern and welcoming and my daughter felt at ease straight away. Lyndsay’s make up skills are nothing short of sorcery.
