We were looking for dining table and Basel assisted us along the way. We visited the store once and came back in few months time. Impressively he still remember us and greeted us warmly. He is very patient, explained every detail so thoroughly and were trying to accommodate our needs as much as he can. So satisfied with his service! Keep up the good attitude and service Basel!
We visited quite a few stores before settling on Domayne for furnishing our new home. Carolyn D was an absolute delight. She was very responsive and helped us extensively with our Cleo lounge, dining table, dining chairs and the dining bench. She helped us work out the correct dimensions for the table and bench. She also helped us customize our lounge configuration and size. We were spoilt for choice for the fabric for the lounge, bench and chair. The table came in a variety of finishes, which is another reason why we chose Domayne. The dining set was delivered on time and was hassle free. The lounge delivery took longer than promised as it was a custom order, but we were offered a replacement lounge free of cost which came in really handy because we had no other living room furniture at the time. One year later, everything looks great. Quality is excellent. We received so many compliments for this furniture.
We visited about 8 different stores looking for a bed (bed base and mattress), but we came back here because Ram offered us the best service and the best option within our budget. He was very kind, professional, and genuinely willing to help us. We are very happy with our purchase and highly recommend this store!

Purchased the new Nova bbq at City west Domayne today. From the initial phone call enquiry to when we arrived, the staff were super welcoming and informative. The store manager Sam immediately contacted the rep with questions that we had to immediately have them answered. The other staff member who also helped us went out of her way to come over after our purchase and thank us again for our business. It is a very well managed store with very welcoming staff - and they went that little above and beyond to secure our purchase and make us happy - which is why we would go back and purchase from this particular store again.
