I contacted Domestic Air to quote a couple of options for a new system to replace a portable air con unit we had that was too noisy and had broken down. Ryan was really helpful in explaining all the options and availability really clearly. Matt arrived on the day we’d pencilled in as planned and wired extremely tidily and respectfully around the house which was very much appreciated. The system has been in a month or so and no faults to report. All service options were issued on completion along with manufacturer warranty. I’d recommend without hesitation to family and friends in terms of time/cost/quality all being delivered as promised.

Really happy with Domestic Air. They installed 8 units when we did a massive house renovation. Work always neat and professional. They did a cracking job. Great Panasonic units which I’m really happy with. Responsive too when issues arise (ie pump failure - not their fault!). Always courteous and tidy up after themselves! I’ve recommended to my family and neighbours and they’ve all had positive experiences too. Would recommend. Used them again recently as our south facing study needed an additional unit and sorted easy and no stress.

First time buying an AC unit and I didn't have clue. Looked for local AC companies through Google and found Domestic Air, read all the great reviews and got in touch. They where really easy to communicate with through WhatsApp, answering all my queries and gave me plenty of useful information. The whole process was super easy from getting quotes, booking installation and making payment. Mike my installer was a real pro, arrived on the day, on time, all work done very neatly and very tidily. Mike tested the unit before leaving and took the time to show my wife how to use the AC unit/features. Couldn't ask for more, thanks again Mike and Domestic Air. I highly recommend this company and will be ordering more AC units from them in the future.
