The staff was very kind and helpful when I walked in. I greatly appreciated when they grabbed extra items for me so I could tuck it in safely, since I would have to drive around with it all day as I finished work day everywhere around Kansas. Thank you!

I ordered Mother's Day flowers the day before, specifically from here because they were the only ones with birds of paradise flowers. My order was confirmed, and I received a very erratic and unapologetic voicemail on the day of saying they didn’t have the flowers and I could either get a refund or they can make something else. I called them back 5 minutes after their original call, and whoever left me the voicemail said “I was trying to communicate with you but you didn’t answer the phone.” As if it’s my fault as the customer that they didn’t have the flowers? After asking if I could get another arrangement and a partial refund, given that it was the day of my floral delivery, they said no and could only keep my $130 for a different arrangement (that wouldn’t have the main flowers of the original arrangement), or a refund. At this point, frustrated by the customer service, I went with the refund option and instead ordered from Hy-Vee floral. After being rushed off the phone, I receive my refund processing email. They put the “reason for refund” as “customer requested to cancel.” Rather than being truthful and putting the reason for refund as them not having the item I ordered. I’m very disappointed with the customer service, service itself (or lack there of) and general lack of transparency in how my refund was handled. Will not be ordering from here again.

Good customer service but I was not impressed by the work that was put in. I mostly get my flowers from grocery store with just $25 at most for bunch of roses and good quality, well organized, and well decorated flowers but I wanted to check this place out and I brought this one in the picture for $100 that has a plastic wrap when I ask for a paper wrapping and this one I post here looks like umbrella with flowers on top the plastic wrap keeps falling downward and couldn’t cover the flowers. A paper wrapper would’ve be able to do that. I feel like it wasn’t worth the $100 for this one I see more green than red or actual flowers. After today I don’t think I will come back.
