The best!! Unfortunately, before i came in, the person working, Rachel who was by herself had a scary encounter with someone who stole some items. Despite this and the full store of people, Rachel was extremely accommodating and helped me get out of a dress i got stuck in. Left with a beautiful dress, and a good experience. Would reccomend this place!!

Absolute gem of a shop. It should have been the first shop we went to rather than the last one. Extremely helpful staff and awesome selection of clothes in lots of sizes. Can’t recommend highly enough.

I’ve been shopping here for almost 10 years!!! It continues to be one of my favourites and an iconic boutique in West End. There’s always something fun. It’s rare to find a store that’s been around for this long that still feels fresh. The owner is funny and knows her shit, always a great selection to choose from.

Stunning boutique, beautiful variety of dresses for any occasion - with amazing staff! I was feeling completely lost among the racks and getting discouraged until Rachel stepped in. She didn't just point me toward a section; she truly transformed the entire experience into something stress-free and exciting. Rachel has exceptional retail professional. She took the time to genuinely listen to what I was looking for - the occasion, my preferred silhouette, she pulled dresses I would have completely overlooked, but which ended up being perfect fits both physically and aesthetically. What set her apart was her approach: there was zero pressure. She offered honest, constructive feedback. If you are ever shopping at Don't Tell Boutique and need expert guidance and a helping hand, do yourself a favor and seek out Rachel. I was really disappointed with the service today. The staff member/owner on shift was being quite rude and unprofessional towards customers. I overheard her make an insensitive comment to one customer about being "vertically challenged," and to another woman suggesting she should buy a dress to cover her shoulders. These kinds of unsolicited remarks are inappropriate and unnecessary, especially when people are simply trying to shop. It left a really negative impression.
