I can not say enough good things about this place and especially Caroline! She listened to what I wanted and beyond executed it. She’s so kind and patient and really cares about giving the client what they ask for, not to mention she is phenomenal at what she does! I walked in with dull brown hair and grown out brassy highlights and walked out a completely transformed very lightened blonde all over. I have found my forever hair stylist.

I waited a few days to see how the perm was going to come out. Does this look like it was done properly? I specifically said I wanted the ends curled because the last person didn’t pay attention either, so the same results and I paid double plus the tip this time!! I should’ve waited for that. I’m disgusted.! I will never trust another person to touch my hair again! $216 plus $45 tip I paid for this disaster. I should’ve never tipped before I knew- I will never trust anyone here again!! I can’t put any more chemicals in my hair, so I’m totally disgusted!! I can tell you what happened and I don’t even specialize in perms, but it is just common sense! They didn’t make sure it was saturated with the chemical at the ends. They didn’t pay attention to the ends like I asked them to!! Cunning speakers! You can put a name on a business and raise the prices to look high class, but the work is NOT professional. If she was a professional, before I walked out of that salon, she knew what it looked like even before it was dry, but she let me walk out of here looking like that. So sad! The thing is, I thought I was going to a business that specialized in perms. I waited five months to fix my hair and they reassured me with their cunning talk! I’m right back where I started -$261. I guess the jokes on me, huh!!😡
