Douglas Hall Kennels

Thank you Douglas Hall Kennels. Our gorgeous and clever pup, Kneesaa, has brought so much joy into our home. She has bonded with our Lhasapoo, Ziggy, and they are BFFs. All the pups at the kennels were lovely, but we had made our decision from the website photos, and the photos that William emailed to us. We arrived at the kennels at a particularly busy time.However, John(William's Dad) gave us lots of time to ask questions, and he pass on his knowledge of all the pups. All the puppies looked cared for; there was plenty food and water for them to eat and drink. The pens were clean, and of a decent size, providing lots of room for the pups to play. Each pen had a seperate sleeping area, which was partitioned off, so that they could retreat to when they got sleepy. The experience from start to finish was pleasant, and we didn't feel rushed or under pressure at any time. Chatting with John was made all the lovely, because we could see that he genuinely cared for the pups. Thank you, again, John, Jaki,Kieran,and Kneesaa. 🐶

From arriving we were totally free to look and hold and evaluate what we would be interested in .Snacks for the puppies were provided so we could get to know them .All the pups looked well looked after. Lovely experience at Douglas hall kennels.

Got the best pup from here. From first cuddle to taking him home, he's the best. Some other kennels ( no names mentioned local) wouldn't even let us in the door without an appointment, and we got turned away with a one word sentence and the door slammed. Here, however, we got as long as we needed to find our new family member after just turning up. Would highly recommend 👌
