Everyone in the crew was fantastic, polite, and very professional. Service was prompt and they kept you up to date at every step of the way. We worked with Downspout for the first time this year to install our exterior holiday lights in Barrington, RI, and had a great experience. They were punctual for the estimate and provided an AI-generated image of our home with lighting options, which made it easy to visualize the final look. They handle installation, removal, storage, and reinstallation the following year, which is incredibly convenient. On installation day, Josh arrived right on time, clearly explained the process, and the team worked for hours in cold, rainy conditions to get everything just right. We’re thrilled with how it turned out and would highly recommend them.

The crew did a great job cleaning the siding and roof of our 1400+ sq ft home. We had a couple of minor issues when the job was completed. I notified them and they returned and corrected the issues to 100% satisfaction. They do good work at a fair price and I would recommend this company to our friends and family.

From the moment I contacted them for cleaning the exterior of my house, the roof and the deck, they have been very professional. Excellent timing for responses to my questions, came right away to give me a quote, worked with me in what needed to be done. Worked with me on the timing of the appointment. Introduced me to the person coming to my house, send reminder of the appointment and send text when in route with the name and the picture of the person coming. Nothing but satisfactions.
