Vilma is a thorough professional and does her job very sincerly. I bought a townhouse for rental purposes during the peak of the pandemic and was worried about finding a suitable renter for my property. Vilma did a fantastic job finding the right people. Brenda and Vilma are both outstanding realtors! Brenda was the listing broker for a two-family home in Cambridge that we purchased with our son three years ago. After the sale, they were both extremely helpful at suggesting minor remodeling improvements and in finding us a wonderful tenant for the second apartment. We were so pleased with their warmth, honesty, and good judgment that we contracted with them a year later to find a second rental building in Boston. Once again we turned to them for remodeling suggestions. Brenda found us great tenants for the building, even before the construction was completed.
