Michelle is fantastic. I started using her service within a week of adopting. She's helped my senior rescue Milo come out of his shell and have much more confidence on walks, and has made a few friends for pack walks. Highly recommend for dogs of all personalities and ages.

She is flexible with her scheduling and my ever changing needs as a healthcare professional and my crazy schedule. Her excellent services allow me to focus on my job, as she takes great care of my puppy and keeps me updated with texts and pictures. I know he is in good hands with both herself and the small group of dogs she has specifically chosen to walk him with based off of his needs. We have been using Downtown Dog Services for a while now for our 5 month old puppy. Michelle and her team have been great! We were impressed with Michelle from first contact. She’s prompt, professional and clearly knows a lot about dogs. On our first meeting we mentioned a command that we were struggling with and she was able to get our puppy to do it immediately. They’re super easy to communicate with, are always reliable and on time. They took care to match our boy with a walking partner who’s a good fit for him. Michelle will let us know how he did after his walks. It’s a comfort to know that our boy is okay while we’re out. Our puppy’s leash walking has improved hugely since he started walking with Downtown, to the point that we have them come in even when we’re home. Its also a good opportunity for him to get some supervised socialization. It’s reassuring and sweet to see how excited he is to see Michelle when she arrives. Rates are very reasonable, invoices are clear and on time. We’re very happy with Michelle and her team and we know our boy is, too. Highly recommend.

Michelle runs a great business. She is always great with communications and very punctual. She takes such great care of my puppy Sunday, he has even picked up some good leash etiquette from their daily walks.
