They were efficient, pleasant, and our many windows are sparklingly clean! They took on our many second story windows, including the ones with a steep hillside just behind where the ladder goes. We’ll hire them again, for sure.

I was very happy with the service I received. I think reflected the wisdom of hiring a specialist. It was great being able to communicate with the forewoman on-site. She was so helpful in dealing with replacing the bulbs after cleaning the outdoor fixtures, since I had bought some of the wrong kind. They also knew how to deal with these special screens on some very large windows that others did not know how to reinstall. For the size of our house and the many different types of windows we have, I think the price was very fair and well worth it to get people who know what they're doing and are easy to work with.

Dr. Glass Window Washing was at my house today. Jose cleaned all the windows and screens. He was thorough, careful, and efficient. His work was outstanding. I will definitely use Dr. Glass again.

What a fantastic experience all around! I submitted a request online for a quote and heard back from them quickly. We scheduled the appointment after I provided a couple more details; customer service was friendly and professional. When the day of my cleaning approached, the forecast was calling for rain, so they proactively reached out to me and rescheduled it for the very next day. On the day of the cleaning, the two technicians arrived on time and were so respectful of my home and of me. They were friendly and professional and did an amazing job cleaning my windows and power washing a couple concrete lintels. The invoice precisely matched the estimate and my house is literally brighter inside... next time I won't wait so long to call this company back to clean my windows again! Highly recommend (and have already recommended them to a couple neighbours).

I am so thoroughly satisfied with the very professional service provided by the Dr. Glass crew, two very experienced workers. They were punctual, pleasant and courteous, and very efficient. I have over 37 windows with screens, they proceeded to remove all screens to thoroughly wash them. None were bent or broken in the process. They worked as a coordinated team, each knowing their responsibility. Needless to say when they finished I was stunned at how clean and sparkling my windows were. I actually opened all my wood shutters and the light just beamed in. I am ever grateful for the excellent work, and highly recommend Dr. Glass' service. Also the power washing done was excellent.
