Paid $150 for an iPhone 14 screen replacement. Right after the repair, I noticed small white dots across the display. I didn’t think much of it at first, but after about a week, I dropped the phone from a short distance and a small crack appeared on the side. After that, the screen began glitching and eventually stopped functioning. I brought it back, but was told it would cost another $100 to replace the screen again (labor was waived). While I understand the crack wasn’t their responsibility, I was disappointed because the screen had already shown issues immediately after the repair. I appreciate that they communicated with me and were willing to contact their supplier, but overall I expected better durability and quality for the price.

Phillip was an a huge help, he fixed my phone quick and even shipped it internationally. A true gentleman! This is what happens when someone owns a business and is passionate about what they do.

Phil is extremely professional. A few colored lines appeared on my iPhone screen, and Phil replaced it with a new one in just ten minutes at a very reasonable price. I watched him work and was impressed by his skill and expertise. My phone now looks brand new, and I’m absolutely thrilled. Thank you so much, Phil! Highly recommended! 👍👍👍👍👍
