Dr roof responded to our call almost immediately and placed a tarp over the damage. He then scheduled the permanent repair and you can't even see where the damage was located. Excellent follow up also.

New roof replacement. $28,000. Initially installed many defective shingles, despite being warned in the early phase of the install. Roughly and ready crew but with poor oversight. Foreman not present for the majority of the job. Went through 3 foreman. 2-3 day job took more than a year to complete. On the positive side they understood that payment wouldn’t be forthcoming until the job was done satisfactorily. They were attentive, but I’m tenacious. We will now wait and see if over the long term all the repairs and replacements will hold. I consider improving the rating if the job holds and the warranty is much better than the install.
