I conducted an outside review of Dreamscape's marketing efforts while merging with one of their clients. I can confidently say that their general performance and off-boarding experience were nothing short of terrible. From start to finish, Dreamscape proved to be a black hole of incompetence. Their promises of innovative marketing strategies were empty promises designed to lure unsuspecting behavioral health clients. Half-baked designs, truly terrible content, and a general sense of apathy permeated every aspect of their deliverables. I can show zero tangible results. Communication was akin to shouting into the void. Emails were met with silence, and when I finally managed to get through to someone, they were clueless at best and evasive at worst. It was as if they were actively trying to avoid accountability for their failures. Their SEO (and I hesitate to use the word) "strategy" appears to be taken from a 2009 "How to Do SEO" blog post. After firing Dreamscape for their performance, the entire company went on a retreat for the whole week. They tried to disable Google Analytics and were clueless about website hosting/domain and telephony software transfers. The level of petty and incompetent behavior here was stunning. STUNNING. Avoid this nightmare of a company. There are plenty of reputable marketing agencies and consultants, but Dreamscape is undoubtedly not one of them.
