Picked up a bottle for a gift and sat in the tasting room for a flight while we were there. All the varieties were really enjoyable, and we really enjoyed talking with one of the owners. Knowledgeable and friendly. When people really love what they do, it shows. Will definitely be looking for this mead when I can!

No one was there other than the owners sitting at their tables with their laptop chairs/laptops/eating chipotle. Walked in with our immobile 7 month old and was turned out because “no one under 21 was allowed”. This has never happened at any other establishment. Lol right because my infant was going to drink mead?

Went there tonight a little less than an hour before closing to try the mead. First time there and all I have to say is it was ridiculously drinkable (Freya’s Tears is stupid delicious). Spent the whole time talking with Tim about languages, baking and brewing despite him getting ready to close and being hungry (sorry Tim!) Will be back definitely, but earlier so can do some gaming! Great mead, flavorful and not crazy sweet.

I was here just a couple days ago. The guy serving mead also helps make it and he was really nice and informative! As someone who is just starting out making micro batches at home I learned useful tips on home brewing mead and a little about their own process. During my visit I tried the traditional, the blackberry, and the lemon/lavender mead. All tasted fantastic though the last one was my favorite so I had to get a bottle. Thank you for taking the time to chat with me!

Popped in to try some of the mead and check the place out. Man behind the bar was snippy and short. Had a flight, it was good flavor, bought a bottle and a little disappointing how much sediment is in it. I could say how they filter the mead or if they are proud of that much sediment and cloudy appearance. Sometimes bit of it may be fine. When its nice glob on the bottom of every bottle is a lazy process. Very big indicator that they most likely don't age and gravity clear it even for a few months. And since the bottled date wasn't even filled in I wouldn't take any rebuttals to that point seriously. Another sign of lazy process. When you have other fine meads available in colorado from local companies even the little guys needs to step up the game.
