I had a very disappointing experience at this salon. During my visit, the manager (Camilla) and several stylists were openly gossiping about clients were paying which felt incredibly unprofessional and uncomfortable some of the comments were rude, and the way they were rolling their eyes, it created an unpleasant atmosphere. Another problem is they have very poor customer service. A salon should be a place where people feel welcome and respected and unfortunately, that wasn't the case here. I rather spend my money at the salon they appreciate my business. I never will go to this salon and I wouldn't recommend it.

I’ve always loved Drybar for the blowouts, but I am now an even more loyal fan because of their integrity. I want to share my appreciation for the customer service team at Drybar as they acted with grace and empathy. I recently had a medical family emergency and when I reached out, the staff was very understanding and helpful. They worked with me regarding my subscription and I look forward to continuing to use their services. It’s rare to see a company show this much flexibility, and I really appreciate the support.
