Absolutely love the blowdry bar! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming, chic, and relaxing. The staff was incredibly friendly and professional, and they really listened to what I wanted. My stylist nailed the look—smooth, bouncy, and polished—and it lasted for days. The products smelled amazing, my hair felt healthy (not weighed down), and the whole experience felt like a little luxury treat. Perfect for events or just when you want to feel put-together and confident. I’ll definitely be coming back!

If you want your hair to look fantastic-schedule with Jasmine. She is one of the best stylists around. Believe me, I’ve gone to many dry bars. She is super talented. My hair looks amazing every time. Thank you Jasmine

My expectations for my appointment weren't super high, but unfortunately, the experience still fell short. A friend made the booking for me, and while I admit I should have noted my desire for a dry style clip-in extension application in advance, the handling of the situation was poor. Despite my clear request for a dry style, the stylist insisted I needed a wash and blowout, claiming we were "out of time" for what I actually wanted after they performed the wash. This lack of flexibility and hospitality was frustrating, especially since the salon did not appear to be busy that evening. I was hoping the staff would be more accommodating and willing to work with me to achieve my desired result, but that was not the case. Given the pressure to receive a service I didn't want and the somewhat unfriendly atmosphere, I will not be returning. Pros: Best suited for very simple, standard washes and blowouts. Cons: Inflexible, poor hospitality, and unwilling to adjust services even when the salon is slow.

I had the absolute worst experience here and will never return. My friend recommended this chain after trying it in New York, so while on vacation we decided to treat ourselves before a night out. We already had our hair done but just wanted a little pampering. I had two small clip-in extensions for volume—nothing dramatic. No one told me there would be an extra charge until AFTER my hair was already shampooed and conditioned. When I asked if they could be included since no one mentioned this beforehand, the stylist said it was fine if the front desk approved. The front desk confirmed it was fine, but as soon as I sat down for the blowout, the stylist suddenly refused, claiming it would take too much extra time. Not only was this completely contradictory, but she gave me attitude for the rest of the appointment. She ignored what I wanted, and even when my friend (who is a stylist herself) explained with photos exactly how to achieve the look, she still didn’t listen. Meanwhile, my friend’s stylist was sweet, attentive, and did an amazing job. The difference in service was night and day. I left with a style I hated, paid $69 for something I didn’t ask for, and had to immediately go to another salon to get it fixed. I asked for a sleek Kim K–style blowout and instead got loose spirals that fell out within 20 minutes. For the price, the attitude, and the complete disregard for what I wanted, I was beyond upset. I can confidently say this was one of the most disappointing salon experiences I’ve ever had.
