I’ve been getting my hair done weekly for years, so I have a very high bar for stylists. Harish, I hope that I have spelled his name correctly. He is, quite simply, in a league of his own. His technical skill is matched only by his incredible attention to detail. From the relaxing hair wash at the start to the precision of the final look, he ensures the style isn't just beautiful, but built to last. He is a true professional.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this salon. I went in for an up-do for a major event, and the stylist immediately told me my hair was too thin to do what I wanted. She then had to look up hairstyle ideas online which did not inspire confidence! The entire service took about six minutes, and the result looked extremely rushed and poorly done. I was charged $100 plus tip, which felt completely unreasonable given the quality of the work. I was so unhappy and cried when I got home that I took it down and redid my hair myself. I will not be returning.

PLEASE heed the negative reviews- this dry bar has the worst customer service and my curls fell out without the hour. A couple of snippets : -I asked my stylist to not get water in my hair and she splashed my entire forehead -I also asked her to not get hair in my face bc I had my makeup done and she said “she didn’t know how” with the most rancid and rude energy - I also was pretty specific about my hair needs (retention, heat) and they were completely ignored and I was told to stick to a weird menu of four styles Above the bad outcome , my bridal party and I were treated very rudely. Trying to prevent other ladies from spending $80 on something they could do at home with less heartbreak

BEWARE service leaves something to be desired. I am not one to usually write reviews but I felt uncomfortable during a service that should be relaxing. I would NOT recommend this service to others if they are looking for a good experience however the hair did come out looking good (that is why they get two stars rather than one).

Happy customer :-) I made an appointment for an up-tini. We had a great Gatsby event that night. When I arrived the woman who was assigned to do my hair didn't know how to do an updo. I planned to leave and do my hair myself. Instead Gabi, the manager, stepped up. She may be the manager but she knows her craft - hair :-) I was able to show her a few pictures and my headband with a bun roll. I wanted a low bun with loosened braids, and she executed it perfectly. I felt so pretty and perfectly vintage. It made my day! Thank you, Gabi, for your professional and skilled care. You are awesome !
