Izzy was so sweet & patient!! Took all my knots & tangles out of my hair & gave me the best blow out ever with sooooo much volume! It’s been 2 days & it still looks like I just got it 😍

I recently visited the Providence Drybar at 50 Park Row W and had a very disappointing experience. My stylist was replaced unexpectedly, communication was confusing, and the flat iron used on my hair appeared worn out. I also was unable to purchase a $100 gift card to receive the promotional $20 certificate because staff left early. What made this experience even more frustrating is that I took the time to email management with detailed feedback, and **I never received a response**. The lack of communication and professionalism does not reflect the high standards Drybar is known for. Looking at the current reviews for this location, it’s clear that these issues are not isolated — this team is not representing the Drybar brand properly. I hope management addresses these problems for the sake of future clients.

I have super curly/frizzy 3A–3C hair that’s not easy to blow out. It’s hard to find a stylist who can handle it, but Grace nails it every time - perfectly smooth and bouncy. So glad I found her during my time in Providence!

I had an appointment with the stylist Nadine this past weekend. She was wonderful to work with and did such a wonderful job with my hair. She made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire process and implemented any feedback I mentioned throughout this process. Definitely recommend her to anyone especially those with curlier natural textures such as mine.

Hour and a half of hell. I booked a blowout for my graduation and they switched my stylist 15 minutes in to someone clearly inexperienced. She took about 30 minutes trying to figure out how to straighten a cowlick that I can fix myself in 10 seconds, frying the hell out of my hair. Finally she asked for help from a more experienced stylist who was able to mostly fix it. Finally, she turned my chair around fast to make me look at myself in the mirror, banging my knee HARD into a corner of a shelf. I started bleeding and needed to ask for a bandaid. No one apologized which I thought was completely insane. Now I am running late and bleeding to my photoshoot… They also did a significantly worse job on my hair than I can do in 30 minutes at home
