I had such a bad experience here, the stylist was late to get to me, didnt know what add ons they offered , when i had pre-booked add ons, she didnt even know how they worked, i knew more about the adds on from researching them for 30 minutes before booking than the stylist did. she detangled my hair while it was wet, stripped from shampoo, and unconditioned, this is the WORST state your hair can be in when its detangled. i added on a scalp massage too (in my pre-booking of course) and she was barely even just rubbing my hair, not putting any pressure on my head, she laughed and said she was "light fingered" or something, imagine someone just petting your head, it was worse than that, not even close to a scalp massage. also, because they didnt take into account how many add ons i had when they booked me, they booked me too close to the next client as well. my stylist was rushing me through my services such as a mask i had pre-booked, which was meant to sit for 5ish minutes, she wanted to rinse out almost immediately. she had to get another person to help blow me out, and they were rushing like crazy, the roots got almost no attention, so i had these sleek ends with extremely frizzy puffy roots, my hair was ripped out like crazy. the result looked so terrible and then the stylist said that it was just going to revert in the rain (it wasnt raining when i went outside... and also.... ok? so should everyone just not get a blowout today cause its raining? how are you gonna blame your bad work on the rain when i haven't even gone outside yet?) i got so much hair loss, so much hair breakage and damage from this one appointment. also, i was never offered my complimentary drink despite seeing others with their complimentary drinks. of course that was the least of my worries but just wanted to note that almost everything that could have gone wrong went wrong. the stylist was just not trained whatsoever, was not good at her job, and gave me a horrible result that ended with tons of unnecessary damage. Huge Huge waste of money, time, and energy.

Zyn was absolutely phenomenal. Great scalp massage while washing my hair. Did exactly what I asked for. I just showed her a picture. She was very professional and accommodating. Highly recommend.

I slightly messed up my booking by not indicating that I wanted an “up tini” on a busy Saturday. The staff was so accommodating and flexible in setting me up with the right stylist for a updo. Sarah B. Was incredible. So kind and NAILED the sleek back bun I was hoping for.
