They serviced my Rolex Submariner. It had been running about 3 minutes fast per day. Now, 5 years later, it keeps perfect time. They were able to polish out some scratches on the case and crystal.
Blown away and relieved this shop exists!!! My Air King stopped winding and no other shop would service it. They all referred me to see Tom at D’s. Couldn’t be happier to have met him. I was in and out in 15 minutes with new gaskets, lube, and pressure testing for factory spec watertight integrity. Price was so so reasonable. Tom has factory original parts, equipment, and enough certifications/experience to convince me that he’s the only repair shop I need to deal with in the future I will definitely be back to service my other pieces.
I have never been to other watch repairs in town but I considered myself lucky to find D’s Time Service at my first try. Thanks to all the rave reviews. Tom is very honest, caring about watches and extremely good at what he does. One of the finest watchmakers.
After a lot of research, I elected to take my 27 year old Sub Mariner Chronograph to D's Time Service. Tom the proprietor was super helpful and friendly. I also spoke with very happy clients in his shop. They claim that his pricing is 1/3 to 1/2 the cost of other typical Rolex certified watchmakers. Mine was due for an overhaul and some re-surfacing and by God, everything came back perfect and she looks new again. Indeed in my case, I paid 1/3 of what I was anticipating. Anecdotally, the watch was gifted to me by an employer as an appreciation bonus for designing and building a robotic welding machine that is still running after 27 years just like my Oyster. Brought my beloved Omega Seamaster in for its first service (watch is 5 yrs old, I wear it everywhere so it was a bit grubby) - D's did an awesome job and returned it like brand new! Great, expert service, work is guaranteed, I'll be back for sure when another service is needed.
