I love the care for my dog Rocky… he is a Chihuahua and hates everyone but myself but loves them even cutting his nails!! 😂

We have taken our lab here many times over several years, and we have always had a great experience.

Ollie loves to go to the 'spa'. Today he had his nails trimmed and we were a bit nervous but he did great. It's obvious they love their job and the animals they care for. We have gone there for years.

I had brought my dog here before for a nail trim and had a good experience, which is why I decided to return. Unfortunately, today’s visit was very disappointing. When I arrived and asked for a nail trim, no one told me to place my dog on the grooming table. Instead, the woman wearing glasses proceeded to trim his nails while I was holding him in my arms. My dog can be difficult during nail trims, so I had responsibly given him calming medication about an hour beforehand. During the process, this woman was extremely rude and aggressive. She roughly moved my hands, “showing” me how to hold my dog so he wouldn’t bite her, rather than explaining things calmly. I bring my dog to a professional place because I expect trained staff who know how to properly handle animals—not to be treated poorly for not knowing how to do their job myself. Eventually, a very kind and patient young woman stepped in to help, and she handled the situation much more professionally. The difference in attitude and care was very noticeable. The behavior of this woman toward customers was unacceptable. I would have much preferred being told politely that she was busy or unable to help due to my dog’s behavior, instead of being treated so disrespectfully. This was my last time coming here.
