Connect DTLA was great to work with while moving to downtown. I was a bit anxious about moving because everything seemed so out of reach but they helped and found one of the best properties you could possibly stay in at the Atelier! super luxury and awesome layouts. They were very easy to talk to and and made things seamless.

I am forever thankful to Mark and the Connected DTLA team for finding my new forever home in DTLA. Finding a new place during the pandemic was already difficult enough. Add to that, I was living out of town. Mark helped me narrow down my choices and arranged for all of the visitations in a day. I sent over my rental application that night. Admittedly, I was nervous that I wouldn't get the promised rebate. They set my expectations on timing and delivered on the rebate as well. I recommend them to anyone moving to DTLA.

ConnectDTLA and Mark are awesome. Very easy, friendly communication, setting up appointments, and guidance. It was great to view and compare multiple properties to end with the perfect location. And lastly it's a great opportunity for everyone all around to take in the rebate!

I called Mark to help me find an apartment last minute. The next day he took me to view the apartment I was interested in and took me on an amazing tour! He hooked me up with some really good rebate deals and made the leasing process such much easier! Mark even got the leasing office to lower my rent and got me free parking for a year (super hard to get in DTLA) he worked his magic and I couldn't be happier!

I typically don’t do reviews but I needed to come on here to say that Mark at Connect DTLA is hands down the best person to help with any moving process you have. From the moment I reached out to Mark he was always so helpful and guided me through the entire process. When I was originally looking for a place in DTLA I let him know how important the view was for me and he found exactly what I was looking for and also beat my budget price.. Call Mark you won’t regret it
