Demitrius was extremely responsive. I reached out to him and explained the problem (needing a microphone installed and my steering wheel controls connected to my audio system) and he replied to me within a couple hours and provided a fair price. There was also a waiting area that I could sit in while he completed the work. I will definitely be using his services again!

At this moment I have 3 cars and over the years I had great and terrible experiences but the car Demetrius worked for had a not happy previous experience with (Rick Hendricks Toyota Atlanta, Gerber collision Trustville, Tint world). So Demetrius is a very detailed listener and understanding kind of person (this just my experience). He did excellent job installing my blind spots and safety cameras on my wife’s car and even sent us (my wife) pictures how it’s been done (unseen before). Previous installation was done by installing the harness on closed pressure relief and carbon monoxide vents, so the vents were always open. The cameras were installed so perfectly that I really don’t miss free installation that I have from Best Buy. When he installed my wife’s back bumper he did it perfectly and not like previous servicing where it looked like it’s falling apart, missing screws, loose screws open areas when I drove’s behind my wife’s car it used to shake like it’s falling apart. Before Demetrius her $35000 car looked like a piece of junk. NOT ANYMORE AND HER CAR ITS JUST LIKE NEW AGAIN AND SAFER. I hate when you go to service your second most expensive thing being treated like trash. Thank you Demetrius and I will be back soon for the other cars.

Great customer service. Demetrius was very professional. Didn't take long and did very well installing my subs. Called that day and got it done the same day. Definitely recommend any installation.

So I was looking to get the car stereo that was installed in my SUV removed and replaced. So when I googled to find a affordable and reasonable car installation service, DTR Service & Installation was the 1st to appear. But to make a long story short, if I was able to give 10 stars I would. His service from the greeting to the conclusion was absolutely GREAT. I love everything about my experience from the great customer service, the price, and the work. Highly recommend. Great Job!!!!!!!!!!!
