We hired Patrick for my work injury related claim that Workers Comp (WC) and STD denied to approve during while on FMLA. I almost did not contest the denials from WC until I decided to consult with Patrick. So glad I chose to fight back and hire him!!!!! At my initial consultation with Patrick, he was honest and transparent about what the appeal process for my WC was going to look like and what to expect. He was kind, reassuring, and validated my experience in that my WC claim should have never been denied by them because my incident was clearly caused as a result of my job. Patrick explained all the confusing information in a way that i was able to understand it clearly. He remained in communication with me through email and phone, during the whole process, even when nothing was happening and was just a waiting game. After a few long months, Patrick informed me that WC wanted to settle!!! He and his office took care of everything! All I had to do was share with him my situation and sign documents. Patrick's attorney fees were very resonable and consistent with other business, injury, and work claim attorneys. Once WC sent their payment to him, Patrick immediately mailed my settlement check to me.....Hands down, I cant say enough good things about him and his office staff!!! Thank you again Patrick.
