Kat and Gianna have been great to work with. Kat has advised me through every situation, clearly communicating any/all of my options and her recommendations. She worked hard to keep things progressing and advocated for closure to the court. She was supportive of me but fierce towards opposing counsel when warranted. Gianna was consistently organized throughout and both were excellent at communicating and passing along information as it was received.

Child support is never an easy step in the process, especially when you are a male in the NYS court system. I would highly recommend the Duke Law Firm for representing and fighting for your rights. I can’t say enough great things about Michael at Duke Law Firm, his paralegals, Vickie and Tiffani, and the entire admin team. They’ve all been amazing, super responsive, incredibly fast, and always so thorough. They did not miss a single detail that I mentioned for my case.
