But, I’m happy I went with my gut because they are really that good! I cannot say enough great things about Duke and his incredible team! From start to finish, they made the entire process smooth, stress-free, and genuinely educational. They took the time to explain things I never knew about taxes, business structure, and deductions, and set me up for long-term success, Not just for this year, but for the future. Their professionalism, knowledge, and patience truly stand out. You can tell He and his team actually care about their clients and want to see them win. I hired this company to handle both my bookkeeping and taxes for 2024, and I regret it. Before signing up, I made it very clear that I would need consistent follow-up and communication, due to the fact that I run two businesses and have a busy home life. They assured me that wouldn’t be a problem—unfortunately, that promise was never upheld. It’s now August 2025 and my taxes still haven’t been filed. While I’ll admit some delays were on my end, that’s exactly why I requested and expected proactive follow-up. Instead, I had to repeatedly reach out myself, only to be met with vague “chats” in their system, incomplete answers, or no response at all. I was left in the dark most of the time, with no real accountability or guidance. If you’re looking for a tax company that communicates clearly, follows up regularly, and takes ownership of deadlines—this is not it. Update: After posting this review, the owner reached out personally, apologized for my experience, and took charge of getting everything finalized for both my taxes and bookkeeping. While I still believe the communication should have been better from the start, I appreciate that they made the effort to make things right in the end.
