Absolutely Outstanding Tax Service! I was kind of skeptical at first just because he’s a well known Influencer on tik tok! That’s how I found him but knew I needed to get help! But, I’m happy I went with my gut because they are really that good! I cannot say enough great things about Duke and his incredible team! From start to finish, they made the entire process smooth, stress-free, and genuinely educational. They took the time to explain things I never knew about taxes, business structure, and deductions, and set me up for long-term success, Not just for this year, but for the future. Their professionalism, knowledge, and patience truly stand out. You can tell He and his team actually care about their clients and want to see them win. I walked away feeling confident, prepared, and so grateful to have found a team I can trust. Highly, highly recommend! If you want people who go above and beyond and actually teach you what you need to know, this is the place! One thing I appreciate the so much is how responsive they are. Any time I have a question big or small. They’re on it right away and don’t make you feel dumb. They respond quickly, clearly, and always make sure I fully understand what’s going on. That level of support is rare and means everything! He’s got an amazing team! They are the sweetest! They truly make you feel more than just a client! he will be in my tax guy for as long as he does it! Another thing I absolutely love about working with DUKE is the honesty and fairness. There are no hidden fees, no surprises, and none of that “oh, you made this much, so now you owe more” nonsense. I see people on Instagram doing that all the time and it drives me crazy. Your income shouldn’t determine how much someone charges you—your tax service should be a clear, flat fee, and that’s exactly what DUKE provides. It’s refreshing to work with someone who values integrity and doesn’t try to take advantage of clients. It makes the whole experience feel safe, trustworthy, and straightforward.

I hired this company to handle both my bookkeeping and taxes for 2024, and I regret it. Before signing up, I made it very clear that I would need consistent follow-up and communication, due to the fact that I run two businesses and have a busy home life. They assured me that wouldn’t be a problem—unfortunately, that promise was never upheld. It’s now August 2025 and my taxes still haven’t been filed. While I’ll admit some delays were on my end, that’s exactly why I requested and expected proactive follow-up. Instead, I had to repeatedly reach out myself, only to be met with vague “chats” in their system, incomplete answers, or no response at all. I was left in the dark most of the time, with no real accountability or guidance. If you’re looking for a tax company that communicates clearly, follows up regularly, and takes ownership of deadlines—this is not it. Update: After posting this review, the owner reached out personally, apologized for my experience, and took charge of getting everything finalized for both my taxes and bookkeeping. While I still believe the communication should have been better from the start, I appreciate that they made the effort to make things right in the end.

There’s nothing that used to bring me more anxiety and stress than… taxes! But that completely changed when I joined Duke’s team. They’ve taken such a huge weight off my shoulders. There are not enough words to describe how amazing the team at Duke Tax are... From start to finish, everything is impeccable! Their onboarding/intake processes and their online portal are effective and easy to use.
