Hi, I’d like to give some positive feedback about Sharon on the tills today. She was so kind and genuinely went above and beyond to help me find a matching pillowcase for my bedding. Even though she was busy, she took the time to help and was lovely throughout. It really made my day.

I had a lovely shopping experience here. A great range and wondeful staff, even helped me take my items to my vechile. Will definitely be back to buy more for my new place.

Very cheap products. I was looking for a quality duvet cover but there was nothing with high thread count. We went upstairs and noticed the cafe but the staff too busy talking to each other. We had a couple of things we wanted to purchase but queues on the tills were ridiculously. Left the items and walked out. Won't be going back

I would give them a negative rating if I could! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. They messed up my delivery 3 times and it took a month for me to get my bed! I had no mattress for weeks and all of the customer services agents could not care less. Even the delivery drivers told me to ask for a full refund after hearing how they messed me about and all I got was a £50 voucher! As if I want to order from here again! I took several days off work to be in for these deliveries just for it to not even arrive. I had to buy a blow up mattress and sleep on that for a whole month. Every time I reached out I was told they can discuss a refund after it’s been resolved, which took weeks! I have lost so much money from taking time off that a voucher does not even cover it. Do not order from them. They are useless, apathetic and ridiculous!!!!

Well stocked, relatively cheap household furnishings store (think pillows, duvets, glassware, tableware, bins, curtains etc). The restaurant is an old fashioned company canteen type of place, with great panoramic views over the city through floor to ceiling glass, and pretensions towards modernity with some of the drinks on the menu, but really it is still very firmly a canteen. The shop is way out of the way, so you'll be going here specifically for this shop, in which case you might be a prisoner to the canteen. Just don't expect greatness. The shop itself has the odd item that I found unusual, like clear half-height fridge containers with lids. I need to measure or fridge and see if i can use them next time we go to a store closer to us. On the other hand there were some odd omissions. For example, they sold a lot of half length pillows and long V shaped pillows, but I couldn't find pillow cases for either of them. The shop may have stocked them, but the pillow cases weren't all in one place and weren't clearly signed. It's a tired store, so tired it would be easy to mistake it for a cut price sales outlet, but it's something an imaginative make over could fix. However, the store's situation is really against it. It would need to push very hard to get the footfall it needs to survive. There were maybe a dozen customers, if that, during the 40 minutes I was there. If you live locally and you like the store, shop there to keep it.
