I found out about Dunham & Jones through a mail flyer the day after my release. I called for my free consultation and the first person I spoke to was David Phelps. He was extremely patient, knowledgeable, and professional. After calling multiple law firms in the area, I ended up going with my first option, Dunham & Jones, because the price could not be beat and they were the only firm to tell me that their goal was a dismissal. I was assigned Darice Shaw as my lawyer. She is a very knowledgeable and professional lawyer that was able to get my case dismissed on my first court date. I was at the courthouse for less than two hours and never even saw the judge. When Darice got to me, she had me sign a court attendance paper, left the room to speak to the prosecutor, and FIVE minutes later told me that the prosecutor wanted to speak to me. The prosecutor then told me that my case was dismissed. Darice was able to quickly get me the best case scenario. This level of expertise and efficiency cannot be beat. Thank you to Julia Lyle for always being so patient and kind to me. Julia answered every single one of my questions and concerns, no matter how nonsensical or ridiculous, with honesty and professionalism. Not once did I feel as though I was asking too many questions. I had never been in legal trouble before and didn’t know anyone who had, so everyone in my life was bombarding me with misinformation. Regardless, Julia and the team were consistently patient, kind, and professional every single time. I highly recommend this team if you’re facing a first time felony possession charge (thc). They were extremely patient, understanding, and professional considering it was my first time in trouble. Thank you all so much.

I’d easily definitely recommend my personal lawyer and his legal assistant in the future to anyone I know. Mr.Waterman and his assistant, Miranda Raumaker. Those two were always quick to respond with clear communications. They were also compassionate, knowledgeable, professional, patient, and with quick resolutions to help me achieve excellent results. Ms.Makayla Maxwell-Stallcup was an amazing person over the 2 years of my case and couldn’t have asked for a better attorney. From walking me through the processes of how to go about my case, helping with the many questions and concerns over the years and over all helping me get new opportunities in life after working hard for my dismissal in court. Dunham & Jones is an amazing attorney Office to look into if you ever get in a sticky situation. All staff members are friendly and extremely professional to communicate with.
