Sucks that I needed a lawyer in the first place but hey we live and we learn right? My experience with this firm was amazing. I had the pleasure of working with Vanessa Botello. She was very up front, and did not sugar coat anything. She didn't act like my friend she represented me the right way and was very professional. The communication was top tier any questions asked were answered if not the same day the very next day it will get answered. Dunham & Jones handled my first case. At first I was weary about how slow things were moving but that's just because I was unaware of the whole Judicial process. Be patient with them, and try to help them as much as you can. I had several Attorneys assigned to my case; this also made me nervous. Again, it's part of the process. I want to thank the whole team as they all helped my case move along, and a special thanks to Mackenzie Watson who came in for the kill and got my charges dismissed! She was on top of my case and always responded to my concerns in a timely manner! She is truly passionate about what she does! Has the expertise and knows the right people!
